Pretty Shitty Day

Aside from Kalene getting a lot of work done on our sign and getting the design of our stand pretty much figured out, today was a pretty shitty day in Coney Island Shortcake land.... The shortcake station that we had delivered yesterday does not work... I went out to Cha Cha's today to take some measurements and check the temp of the freezer JT said we could use and check the temp of our station. With a little bit of tape the freezer worked great! right down to 0 degrees and it is really big so we can fit lots of pre baked shortcake biscuts in there. But after leaving the shortcake station on for over an hour it never got cold... I tried a bunh of setings and it still never got below room temp. If we got screwed on this I will be so pissed.... It is one of the most important parts of our operation and we can't really operate without it.... I have a feeling that tomorrow is going to be a big pain it my ass and I am going to be doing a lot of Bullshit work getting it all straightened out.... lame. As a result I have been in a foul mood all day. I did make us some pasta tonight for dinner and that was good, and I spoke to our friend Jeremy today who is building our new "blog" and it is looking stellar! as soon as that's up you will be able to go straight to our site via www.coneyislandshortcakes.com ,
